CyQuest Business Solutions, Inc. Awarded Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Certification

Atlanta, Georgia September 24, 2007 -- CyQuest Business Solutions, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, (http://www.cyquesthr.com) has been certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program. Concurrently, CyQuest Business Solutions, Inc. has been certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). By meeting the qualifications of the SBA’s 8(a) program, CyQuest is qualified to receive business development support including eligibility to bid on Federal 8(a) contracts throughout the nine-year term of the program. The 8(a) Program helps socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs gain a foothold in government contracting. Participation in the program is generally divided into two phases over nine years: a four-year developmental stage and a five-year transition stage. SBA 8(a) participants can receive sole-source contracts, up to $3 million for goods and services and $5 million for manufacturing. While the SBA helps 8(a) firms build their competitive and institutional know-how, the agency also encourages participation in competitive acquisitions.
