CyQuest's philosophy regarding its client base can be viewed as the establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships. Since these relationships are viewed as partnerships, they are never taken for granted. We understand that we would not exist without a valued client base. Therefore, providing impeccable client and customer service drives us. All employees receive dedicated customer service training. New staff members are provided structured, on-the-job training.
CyQuest's owner remains actively involved in the daily operations of the business. The owner-run business is based on honesty, quality, and integrity. CyQuest is committed to its clients, employees, and our community. In addition, our managers are empowered to always do what is in the client's best interest.
The Company operates on a departmental basis. The Company consists of three distinct departments:
1. HR Outsourcing. This department includes: compensation, training and development, human resources information systems (HRIS) design, base pay development, and salary equity studies.
2. Employee Benefits Administration. This department handles the administration, recordkeeping, and consulting for all outsourced retirement plans, Section 125 health and welfare plans, and Section 132 transportation plans.
3. Payroll Processing. This department handles all payroll functions as outsourced to CyQuest.
Each department is broadly responsible for each of their specific functions. Additionally, each department is headed by seasoned, dedicated professionals each possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
